WEB 123 SDN BHD reserve the rights to amend this agreement at its sole discretion without prior written notice to customer from time to time and the amendment will take effect immediately.
1.0 CREDITS DEDUCTION & PROCESSING TIME
1.1 Credits purchased are based on a prepaid basis. Payment can be made via paypal/credit card.
1.2 There are two options of credit deduction:-
1.2.1 Credits purchased from DNCLOOKUP.SG will be credited to your DNCLOOKUP.SG account balances. Credits for each number checked will be deducted from credit balances available in customer’s DNCLOOKUP.SG account.
1.2.2 If you are an existing OneWaySMS.sg customer, you have an option to deduct credits for each number checked from credit balances available in your OneWaySMS Account.
1.4 Credits purchased from DNCLOOKUP.SG are only valid for 3 years from date of purchase.
1.3 "DNC list" results will be processed & returned within 24 hours depending on DNC Registry response
2.0 WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
2.1 All information & contents on this website are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. WEB 123 SDN BHD accepts no responsibility for any errors or omission for the contents and results & accuracy or integrity of any transactions made through this website.
2.2 In the event DNCLOOKUP.SG has no access to the DNC registry for whatsoever reasons; no numbers could be processed or there is a delay of results, WEB 123 SDN BHD shall have no liability for any damages & loses caused by such non-availability.
2.3 WEB 123 SDN BHD will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from loss of business, revenue or profits, anticipated savings or wasted expense, corruption, destruction or loss of data, costs of substitute services of any nature whatsoever, breach of privacy or security of communication or for any indirect, special or consequential loss whatever including those arising from or occasioned by; including but not limited to, failure of electronic or mechanical equipment or communication lines, telephone or other interconnect problems, computer viruses, "hacking", theft, operator errors, unauthorized access, any malfunction or defect in the DNCLOOKUP.SG services or environmental conditions.
3.0 INDENMINITY
3.1 Indemnify WEB 123 SDN BHD and hold WEB 123 SDN BHD harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, damages, liabilities, costs (including reasonable legal costs and expenses), expenses, losses, including consequential losses incurred or suffered by WEB 123 SDN BHD that may be caused by or arise, whether directly or indirectly out of :-
3.1.1 Access to or use of this website
3.1.2 Any breach of this Terms & Conditions of use by Customer.
4.0 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
WEB 123 SDN BHD will retain all rights and title to DNCLOOKUP.SG services and any of its trademarks, trade names, names, brands, logos, symbols and other proprietary designations and no transfer of rights is made under this Agreement. Customer does not have the rights to use WEB 123 SDN BHD trademark, trade name or any intellectual property rights whatsoever.
5.0 FORCE MAJEURE
WEB 123 SDN BHD shall not be liable for any breach of this Agreement caused by Acts of God, insurrection of civil disorder, war, or military operations, national or local emergency, acts or omissions of Government or other competent authority, industrial disputes of any kind, fire, lightning, explosion, flood, subsidence, inclement weather, acts or omissions of persons or bodies which are outside of WEB 123 SDN BHD reasonable control.
6.0 PRIVACY POLICY
WEB 123 SDN BHD will not edit or disclose any personal information about Customer or Customer's account, including its contents, without the customer's prior permission. Customer may from time to time receive newsletter & email updates from DNCLOOKUP.SG . This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.
